Neil Tillotson (1899-2001) cast the first vote in the nation in every New Hampshire primary and general election from 1964 to 2000. Remembered as the "Godfather of the New Hampshire Primary," Tillotson was a successful entrepreneur and stalwart supporter of the North Country during his lifetime.
