The New Hampshire Historical Society welcomes you and thanks you for shopping with us. The Society's store is located at our Museum of New Hampshire History in Concord, New Hampshire. When you are in the capital city, we hope you'll visit us.

The store is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m., and Monday 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. from July 1 through October 15 and in December. Your inquiries are also welcome by fax or e-mail.

How to Order
Orders may be placed in three ways:

• Send an online order with a credit card.
• Place your order by telephone with a credit card.
• Print out your order and mail it with your credit card information or check, payable to the New Hampshire Historical Society.

Online Ordering Security

Shipping
Items are shipped to you via USPS at the address you specify. We will also ship directly to the recipients of your gift purchases. Special handling charges may apply for certain fragile and oversize items. These additional amounts are noted in our product descriptions.

Delivery
We will ship your order promptly. In the unlikely event of any delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Items are charged to your credit card as they are shipped. All items may not be shipped at the same time or included in the same package.

Customer Copy of Order
We encourage you to print and save a copy of your completed order form. While we do not anticipate any problem fulfilling your order, if a question or problem arises you will have convenient information available to contact us.

Payment Information
Online and telephone orders must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. Mail orders may be made by credit card, check, or money order in U.S. dollars, payable to the New Hampshire Historical Society.

Returns
Should anything you order from the New Hampshire Historical Society's museum store not meet your expectations, it can be returned for replacement or refund if accompanied by a sales receipt. Audio and video products may only be returned if found defective or unopened. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
