Scope and Content: Vinyl record, 45mm, produced for Meldrim Thomson's campaign for Governor in 1978. The front of the packaging reads "Keep New Hampshire #1" and includes seven reasons why New Hampshire is number one with a picture of Meldrim Thomson. The reverse of the packaging shows an image of a license plate with "Governor." Side A of the record contains the recording "Live Free or Die" and side B contains the recording "Keep New Hampshire No.1'/ with / Governor Meldrim Thomson, Jr." The recording was paid for by Thomson for Governor Committee of which Sheila Roberge of Concord, NH, was the fiscal agent.
