Description: Fork. Made by Rogers, Smith & Company. Silver-plated metal. Double-swell fiddle handle, with upturned rounded end, and 1/2" mid-rib on the front; rounded fins; and four pointed tines. "W", engraved in Old English script on front of handle. Stamped on back of stem, in upper-case Roman letters, "ROGERS SMITH&CO." (the last O is a smaller typeface and raised, with a line underneath it), and "A1 6", incuse. One of a set of three (1984.27.8.1-.3).
