Ways to Give

Membership

From its founding in 1823 the New Hampshire Historical Society has been built on membership, and today individual members remain the largest and most loyal source of support. Please join or renew your membership and consider giving a gift membership.

Annual Fund

Gifts to the Annual Fund, made in addition to membership dues, are vital to the Society’s work. From making the collections more accessible, to providing school and public programs, and publishing the only statewide journal devoted to New Hampshire history, a gift to the Annual Fund helps sustain the mission you value and the programs you love.

Leaders Circle

Take your Annual Fund support to the next level by joining the Leaders Circle. Members of the Leaders Circle make unrestricted contributions of $1,200 or more each year, helping to strengthen the Society’s ability to fulfill its mission.

Third Century Campaign

A gift to the Third Century Campaign will help propel the Society into the future. Focus areas of this capital campaign include: continued investments in technology to sustain and expand access to the Society's collections and resources; a new climate control system at the Hamel Center to continue to take the best possible care of the collections; expanded investments in the Democracy Project: Revitalizing History and Civics Education in New Hampshire Schools and its nationally acclaimed curriculum "Moose on the Loose: Social Studies for Granite State Kids"; the repointing of the Society's National Register-listed building at Park Street; and additions to the endowment.
