Scope and Content: The Fortunat E. Normandin Papers consist of his office correspondence with members of fraternal organizations and local officials and businessmen, photographs of Normandin both alone and in groups (mostly unidentified and undated), and a few family images. Two scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings about his career and activities in civic organizations and politics, both locally and nationally. The materials in this collection date from 1890 to 1967. The collection contains minimal family correspondence, no letters to or from clients, and no records of legal cases. The famous "Roberts Case" is documented only with photocopies of newspaper articles. There are minimal financial records mixed in with the correspondence and two expense books in Series 1.
