Scope and Content: Series III contains 47 undated oversized mounted photographic prints, which were selected from the large number of photographs Ralph C. Larrabee took during his lifetime and exhibited in the Boston-area at the Appalachian Mountain Club and the Physicians' Art Club photograph competitions between 1928 and 1934. The numbered prints are primarily unidentified, but include some identified locations in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, such as: Huntington Ravine, the Appalachian Mountain Club Woodlot, Mount Lincoln, and Mount Chocorua. Some of the prints are labeled with prize information and titles, including a title in German.
